Hey, Joe! Very sorry to hear about that. Truth be told, that’s happened to me before at Vaporbeast. The reason, I discovered, is that I wasn’t logged into my account during most of the checkout process. During the very last step, they ask you to log into your account (if you have one). At this point, any coupon codes that were previously applied have a tendency to “drop off”…JUST before your order is completed! Since then, I always make sure I’m logged into my account before starting the checkout process. Haven’t had a problem since. That was just my experience though.
Also, one thing I always recommend is taking a screenshot of your order before completing the checkout process. In the event that their system screws up, that will make dealing with customer service much easier.
