Ecig-city gave me the heads up that the got the brand new PLMVL RDA by ArtherTech in stock and on sale for $95.00. Which is already a few dollars cheaper than the $110 MSRP. Plus, each purchase getts a FREE 15mL bottle of e-liquid and a FREE Ultum cap. They didn’t really give me the details but I’m pretty sure that you just have to leave a few e-liquid options in the comments at checkout. As for the Ultum cap… I’m pretty sure that there isn’t any options there. So, you’ll probably get what they have. =) Which isn’t all too bad since its FREE.
