The iJoy Tornado RDTA has finally made its way to the virtual shelves over at Ecig.com, and as usual, they have it priced lower than just about everyone else. Since this is a brand new item, they still don’t have all of the details on the site just yet. But judging from the pictures, it looks like this is the standard version that includes the T4 deck.
