Artery PAL Buyer’s Guide – Specs for Every Device

Artery PAL Buyer’s Guide – Specs for Every Device

It’s been a little over 2 years since the original Artery PAL AIO Kit was released (December 2017).  Since then, we’ve seen 8 additional versions hit the market.  Some of them are very different from each other, while others only have minor improvements from the previous model.  I thought I would break it all down for those who were curious about the differences.

The list below covers all the basic info (features, specs, and differences) for every PAL Kit that has been released.  If I made any mistakes or failed to mention something important, I certainly welcome your corrections down in the comments section.  I’ll also continue to update this list as new versions hit the market.  There are a few things that most of these kits have in common; to avoid repeating myself, let’s get those out of the way first.

PROS:

  • Aside from the PAL Mini and the PAL SE Pod System, all of these devices are compatible with the popular Nautilus BVC Coils.  The original PAL is compatible with the standard/original BVC coils, while most of the subsequent models are compatible with the slightly shorter Aspire AIO/Spryte versions.
  • Every device in the lineup has some sort of battery indicator.  Some of the more recent versions have an OLED screen, but even the simpler versions offer basic LED battery feedback.
  • Although some of these kits offer more advanced features, the entire PAL lineup is fairly user-friendly (good for beginners looking to upgrade from basic pod systems).
  • They’re all excellent on-the-go devices (extremely compact).

CONS:

  • The panels might have a tiny bit of play.  This has been a common complaint since the original PAL was released, but they seem to be getting a little better with each version.
  • The airflow isn’t ideal for a tight MTL vape.  It seems more suited for loose-MTL and restricted-DL vaping.
  • There are way too many versions, which is why I’m putting this list together! =)
