This GOD180 deal is actually part of the Gearbest Clearance Sale. But… the deal is just too damn nice that I thought it deserves its own post. They have 3 colorways (black, red & gold) of the GOD180 mod on sale for just $41.99! This box mod is a monster. And, its an absolute steal at this price. It can output 5 to 180 watts on an atomizer range of 0.5 to 4.0 ohms. But, the really nice feature is that its powered by three 18650 batteries (sold separately). Talk about battery life. Hahaha. Seriously though… can anyone come up with a better mod for $42 shipped? If so… I’m all ears. I’ll post it up with no hesitation.

You got that right. I was waiting for GB to e-mail me that they’d made a mistake and would be more than glad to issue me a store credit. The unit shipped 3 days after I placed the order (they said 3-5 days). I’ve gotten a few things from them and cancelled 2 orders. My payments were refunded the same day. Also asked them it this God Mod 180 was V1 or V2. In less than a day they responded that it was, indeed, V2. Looks like they’re really trying. After almost 2 years FastTech has more than earned my loyalty, but at more than twice the price, my loyalty has it’s limits! (though I did hear rumor that GB is a spin-off of FT…anyone know more?)
The problem with this device is the resistance stops at 0.5 ohms. That’s pretty lame for a 180 watt device. My iStick 30 goes to 0.4 so I’m not too sure what the developers were thinking. I was so close to pulling the trigger on this device the other day but I am glad I read a little further. I was just assuming that a 180 Watt device would be a sub ohm machine but not at that resistance. Maybe that’s wy they are practically giving them away.
I’m looking for a firmware update that may correct that. 😉

Me too!! I ordered one two says ago!! They had the sig 100 plus for 59 and 100 v2 for 51 but I looked today and I think they changed it……I better get my God!
This is an awesome deal, no question. But I’m mildly perturbed that I bought one for $50 last week (my very first order with these cats btw) when they went on sale. Of course it shipped the day it dropped to $42. Whatever, I got a sweet authentic for a good price. Thanks site operator who’s name escapes me at the moment.

There is always that one person who is trolling around looking for a fight. I posted my comment so that people who were star gazed by the amazing price and the tremendous watt capacity would see that there was a downfall if you planned on doing sub ohm builds at high watts. A lot of people by high wattage regulated devices in order to practice safer sub ohm vaping. In that case a device with such a high wattage capability and only going down to .5 ohm would not be sufficient for many sub ohm vapors. You certainly can push a 1.2 ohm coil at high watts and get better performance out of it but my post had nothing to do with that. Your opinion would have been much better received had you not chosen to act like I don’t know what I’m talking about. First of all my comment was valid without me needing to explain it. Second you don’t even know me.
I don’t get the point of building super low anyways…..it’s Regulated!!! Not a mechanical mod! Building low ohm coils is strictly to get the power you want from your unregulated device. Ah yi yi. I guess some people don’t get 3ohms @ 100w is the same as .000001ohm @100w on a regulated device. So realistically your comment is just ignorant imo.
