Whoa… here’s a blast from the past. It looks like one of my favorite tanks from last year has just been updated. Introducing the Kraken v2 Sub-ohm Tank by Vicious Ant! First off, the new Kraken utilizes the Kanger Subtank coils. Which is a plus for me since I have a lot of them. =) It also features a top fill system that’s held in place by a twist and lock system. Then throw in dual slotted adjustable airflow, a stainless steel & glass construction the craftsmanship of one of the top manufacturers. Is the top fill design and high end craftsmanship worth $80? Some will say hell no. Some will say hell yeah. Hey, to each their own right? =)

So it costs like 4x what a Subtank Mini does….and holds less.
What the hell is the attraction?
nothing much except for top fill and construction. would I pay that much? i’m in the hell nah crowd personally.
Not to mention that there is not one thing better than any of the other tanks on the market selling for way less. Vicious ant really needs to step it up to remain relevant these days.
agreed. but threw it out there for nostalgia reasons. =) seriously though… with all the great options for a sub-ohm tank at $50 or less… some manufacturers either need to really step up their game (if they want to keep charging a lot) or lower their prices. This would be a “viable” option if it was priced at around $40ish. but hey… that’s just my opinion.
Nostalgia for sure!
Remember when the original was like $125.00 plus? And people snapped them up!
so true!
