I’m dubbing this “Battery Thursday.” I cant count how many of my GOTSMOKIANS email me on a daily asking which battery I use or would recommend. So today I’m taking the time to post deals on a few batteries, that way you guys can decide which one you want to pull the trigger on.
Vamped 18650 Battery Specifications
-Typical Capacity: 2030 mAh @ .02C Discharge
-Minimum Capacity: 2000 mAh @ .02C Discharge
-Nominal Voltage: 3.7V
-Standard Charge: CC/CV, 0.2C5A, 4.20V

Not a bad price for a decent battery. I highly doubt they are hitting at the 40 amps that they say they are but the Vamped 18650 battery took everything that I threw at it and gave me a nice vape.
This battery is great for about 10 minutes. Then the drop off is substantial. My girl is an avid vaper but doesnt know a lot about how it all works. She just hands it to me an i build it. With that being said, even she said this battery dies quick. Long story i know, but dont buy it. Stick with the vtc4 and vtc5.
Dang, you had that bad of an experience? I also wish these batteries would last a tad bit longer. I wish VTC4’s and VTC5’s were easily accessible like they were before. Thanks for your input Blair.
The battery is deceptive in its marketing. The 40 amp branding is incorrect. One of the guys did a shootout and it tells the truth. It’s not a “bad” battery. It works for sub ohm builds. And it’s safe. It just dies quick. Im always looking for that vtc’4/5 killer and so far nobody comes close. At the end of the day I would rather see people with this battery though instead of some unsafe Chinese 18650 they got from a flashlight that heats your house when you use it lol. Be careful kids.
The Samsung 25r battery seems like a way better deal at 7 dollars.
