Savage CBD has done a wonderful job rekindling my relationship with strawberry and banana-flavored anything.  Personally, I’ve never found a strawberry vape that I didn’t like.  Once you bring banana into the mix, it’s always a gamble for me.  Often it tastes more like candy than an actual banana!  Straw Nanners is about to make you remember why you loved that flavor to begin with.  Not only does the flavor mix together perfectly, but it also meshes in just such a way to hide the CBD taste that can be off-putting for a lot of people.  The flavor is second to none, but what really separates this juice from the rest?

How Does the Competition Compare?

I’ve tried other CBD vape products before and I honestly didn’t really find the taste appealing.  That’s because most of the CBD vapes that I tried in the past were mixed with MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride), better known as coconut oil.  There is no way to really describe an MCT vape other than the word “dull”.  I’ve found that it just leaves a weird aftertaste that I can never get rid of no matter how much I try.  If you’ve tried one of these vapes then you know the flavor I’m speaking of, and it’s enough to turn you off of vaping entirely.  Savage CBD uses Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin instead and let me tell you, the difference in taste is night and day!  It simply tastes cleaner!

How Does Savage CBD Differ?

There aren’t many ingredients that go into this liquid. PG, VG, flavorings, and CBD isolate.  This means that you can be sure no other cannabinoids (like THC) are making their way into your juice.  How do they know this?  Each bottle contains a QR Code that takes you right to lab results!  That’s right, test all of their products in a lab and publish the results.  There are a lot of companies out there that do the same, but none make accessing it this easy.  You wouldn’t accept anything else to come without an ingredients list so why should your CBD vape be any different?  Hopefully, more companies jump on board with this type of labeling as I believe more people would benefit from this information.

Because Savage CBD uses isolate, you really don’t get the taste of hemp like other juices.  When companies use phytocannabinoid rich (PCR) or full-plant extract, the result can taste and even smell a little “green”.  That’s because they contain a multitude of other compounds from the hemp plant.  From start to finish, I’ve only managed to taste strawberry and banana, never anything else. This also means that the end product is incredibly clear!  No crystallization, no globules floating around in there, nothing!  This type of result can only be achieved by using isolate.

CBD All Day Long

Straw Nanners comes in 3 different strengths: 250mg, 500mg and 1000mg.  I love the fact that they have a variety of strengths at Savage CBD.  For me, something like 500mg falls into a really good spot.  I have just been casually vaping on it throughout the day and honestly, it has caused a nice change of pace.  It’s kept me in a nice calm, clear-headed state.  It’s not uncommon for me to get overwhelmed throughout the day and I can say without a doubt this has increased my level of “chill”.  Not a significant change, I just find that I’m a little more calm than usual.  Plus, I know that I’m moments away from relief as opposed to other forms of taking CBD.

So How Much Do I Need?

Well, you’re honestly the only one that can answer that question. Don’t worry though, it’s actually very easy to answer that for yourself.  Divide the total milligrams of CBD by the size of the bottle.  In my case that would look like this; 500mg ÷ 30ml = 16.67mg per ml.  I’m using a 5.5ml tank. So, every time I fill this tank up, it is filled with 91.67mg of CBD goodness.  I know, math sucks, but knowing how to find the right dosage for YOU is really what is most important.  Some people need higher doses to benefit, while others only need a little.  Arming yourself with this knowledge can help you navigate the CBD space a little easier once you know your dosage.

But Wait, There’s More.

We’ve all been in that dreaded situation where you’re running late and you’re trying desperately to get everything together. You run out the door and get to your car, take that first vape and realize your vape is dead!  You’ve been relying solely on your Straw Nanners vape to get you through the day, now what?  According to Savage CBD, you can use their vape liquids just as you would a tincture!  So, if you find yourself in this situation, don’t worry and just squirt a little under your tongue.  If you thought it was delicious in your tank, just try it as a tincture.  Now I might just need to make a CBD smoothie with this stuff.  Ok, maybe too far, but it is super yummy!  See, and now you know exactly how much CBD is in each dropper full so you can dose accordingly.

Would I Recommend Savage CBD “Straw Nanners”?

If you’ve been skeptical about strawberry and banana mixes before, give this a shot.  Combine that with the amazing benefits of CBD and you’ve got a recipe for an amazing vape.  Not only are you getting a delicious vape, but also one of the most flavorful tinctures out there!  If this is your first CBD vape then there is one thing to keep in mind: keep your wattage low and gradually increase.  If your coils get too hot, you risk burning the CBD and making it less effective. The folks over at Savage CBD have recommended a wattage from 35 to 45 watts at most.  I have been rocking it at 36 watts and it is divine!  Being able to have fast-acting CBD right at the push of a button is a great experience, and at this level of quality, it shouldn’t be passed up.
