No it’s a standard subohm type coil with a chimney on it so they don’t build they chimney as part of the tank. Makes the top fill like the super tank mini Cartomizers are filled top to bottom with cotton have a teeny tiny coil. Vs. an atomizer which is a hollow tube with teeny tiny coil. But yes it looks like a mix of carto atomizer and tank, which is what ever tank is.
